
XC121S101 is a 12 bit ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) chip that features high resolution, high speed, low power consumption, small size, and unipolar characteristics. The performance parameters of XC121S101 cover a wide sampling range from 500KSPS to 1MSPS. This converter is based on a successive approximation register architecture with an internal sample and hold circuit.
XC121S101 is powered by a single power supply ranging from 2.7V to 5.25V, with power-saving mode. It is packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23 and operates within a temperature range of -40 ℃ to 85 ℃.
XC121S101 can replace ADC121S101 pin to pin, and the dynamic power consumption at high voltage is less than half of it, significantly extending the battery's working time.
