The XADC78H90 is a low power, 8-channel 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with a high speed serial interface.
XADC78H90 is fully specified over a sample rate range of 100 KSPS to 500 KSPS.
The XADC78H90 is available in a 16-lead TSSOP package and has an operating temperature range of-40°C to 85°C.
